Pleased to meet you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at your service. I am located in the San Francisco Bay area and am looking forward to providing you with the support you need to get back to enjoying your life. I work with adults and older adults. My primary focus is on trauma, anxiety, and depression work using solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and humanistic therapy as scaffolding to help support those I have the opportunity to help.
I would like to get to know you, how you see the world, and what is preventing you from living the life you deserve. From there our sessions will be focused on your goal with a solution-focused therapy approach while identifying the cognitive barriers and trauma that got you to where you are today.
I do not stick to a rigid therapeutic approach. Instead, I use the training and experience I have to meet people where they are and grow from there.
