Every person has the inherent ability to grow, heal and transform their lives. Over my last eighteen years as a social worker, I have gained valuable experience working with diverse populations on assorted issues. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, and depression. Other areas of knowledge include working with sexuality concerns, body image issues, life transitions, self-acceptance, and ADHD management. My therapeutic approach integrates mindfulness based therapies Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Other techniques that are often integrated into my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). All techniques are seen through a sex positive lens. I am personally LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent proud. Regardless of your concern, I will work in partnership with you to find possible solutions.
I require payment by credit card, cash, or check at the time of service for the expected patient portion. I am in network with many of the major insurance companies - however, I am unable to accept Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). I am also happy to help with out-of-network billing if needed.
