I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, currently seeing clients in the states of Arizona and Washington. I hold a Master's in Counseling and a Certificate in Domestic Violence Advocacy from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
I self-identify as neurodivergent (AuDHD) and am a committed BIPOC ally. That means I bring both clinical expertise and real lived experience to the work — I understand from the inside what it means to navigate a world that wasn't built with you in mind.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real-life experience.
I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, Autism, and the full complexity of being neurodivergent. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, addiction, and major life transitions.
Earlier in my career I worked in severe mental illness, clinical psychiatry, social work with homeless populations, and domestic violence advocacy — giving me a wide and deep foundation to draw from.
I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT, always through a trauma-informed and strength-based lens.
