Whether you’re navigating family dynamics, healing from a breakup, or working through trauma, I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself- without stress or stigma. With training in Marriage and Family Therapy, I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My experience includes behavioral therapy, and I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, from toddlers to seniors.

On a personal note, I’ve been married for 15 years and have four awesome kids, a crazy cat, and a loving Golden Retriever. As a military family, we’ve lived in many different states and love the adventure of meeting people from all walks of life. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and watching shows and movies.
