I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My style is direct, down-to-earth, and intentional. Together, we'll explore the stories, relationships, and patterns that have shaped your life while creating room for healing, growth, and meaningful change. You set the pace, and I'll walk alongside you every step of the way. Therapy with me is collaborative, but I’m not afraid to be direct, ask uncomfortable questions, or point out a pattern when I see one.
I have a special interest in supporting couples, high-achieving analytical professionals, the military community, reproductive and parenthood transitions, neurodivergent clients including ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. My approach draws from collaborative, narrative, solution-focused, somatic, and family systems perspectives.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually with my husband, our four kids, our unhinged Golden Retriever, and our cat who runs the household. As a military family, we’ve lived in several states and love the adventure of meeting people from all walks of life. I also love hiking, discovering new restaurants, and unwinding with a good movie or TV show.
