My office is now in Davidson NC. Our practice will have two locations by 2025. I have very limited openings for new therapy patients. My passion is helping adults find their pathway to better mental & physical health. I like to develop a clear idea from the beginning of our work together as to what our goals will be, whether they be specific symptom reduction or exploring life transitions, improving relationships, healing from grief, or helping clients maintain changes in areas where they have been unsuccessful in the past. I also provide psychoeducational evaluations. The online calendar for IQ testing for Scholars is live now.
Specialties include: helping people create healthier relationships, improving depression & anxiety, chronic medical issues, big life transitions, parenting, improving focus and mental clarity. I have worked with a wide variety of adults throughout my 24 year career.
Therapy with me is sometimes short-term, sometimes long-term and always tailored to your unique needs. I also find that bringing in a sense of warmth and humor helps adults through painful times. I love the idea of a "growth mindset" and bring that forth in my work with others.
