I'm passionate about helping all of my clients feel better about themselves and their current life situations. Therapy can be really beneficial to help find out who you are and learn coping skills on how to deal with daily life. Sometimes it just helps to have someone you can talk with and feel supported by. I use various therapeutic modalities; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Integrative Therapy to help deal with anxiety, anger, depression, self-esteem, and life issues. I know it can be difficult, so I'm here to help!
I have over 10 years of experience as a Psychotherapist. My specialities include: depression, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, stress management, relationships, life transitions, personal growth and trauma. I specialize with teens and young adults, but also work with children 12 and up, and adults.
