About
Most all of us want to feel good about ourselves and our relationships. Yet, at times we are unable to be as full, alive, and connected as we would like to be. I CAN HELP. Together, we can strengthen your relationships and break down roadblocks to your happiness. I work with individuals, couples, and group members to heal their past wounds and learn to relate to themselves and others with compassion and authenticity. While I am eclectic, encompassing all that I have learned in my work with people, I also approach each person anew, with presence and mindfulness.
Feeling connected to someone you love can be the most wonderful experience in the world. But that sense of connection often slips away, replaced by frustration, disagreement and longing for more. Relationships can challenge us, but also help us see where we need to grow.
I love to work with people who want to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. My holistic and client-centered approach fosters trust and collaboration. Because I am trained in a variety of therapies, I can suggest a treatment or combination of treatments to best meet your needs.
