I have experience helping children, teenagers and adults navigate the challenges of life. I am experienced in perinatal mental health (prenatal and postpartum), grief and loss, NICU and chronic illness parenting, emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety and self-worth. I seek to hold a courageous, safe space where healing can occur.
I will partner with you to identify and enhance positive coping skills, process experiences, work through trauma, regulate emotions and move towards overall well-being and personal growth. I currently have openings for both In-Person and Virtual Appointments
