It is my intention to offer clients a space in which to feel heard, seen, and understood. My goal as a therapist is to develop a warm and inviting therapeutic relationship from which we can explore and work towards overcoming any difficulties in life that may be causing you to feel stuck, uncertain, and overwhelmed. I have experience in a variety of therapeutic approaches and have received specific training in EMDR to help clients process traumatic memories that often times lead to the development of symptoms associated with posttraumatic stress disorder.
Sometimes life brings about difficult and overwhelming challenges that can leave us feeling depressed, uncertain, and lost in how we should navigate them. Therapy can be that avenue in which these past and current struggles can be explored and overcome, leading to both healing and an improved sense of self-appreciation.
