Welcome to JBG Therapy (Just Breathe & Grow) My name is Jayleene, and I look forward to being able to assist you in your therapeutic journey. Sometimes it is hard to keep our mind quiet, to focus on the bigger picture, or to embrace change. Hard to be able to control random nervous episodes that are difficult to understand what is triggering you; even the moments of low motivation, procrastination, or not having the energy to get out of bed.
