I work with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or life transitions. I also support individuals on the autism spectrum. My ideal client wants insight, healing, and coping strategies, and seeks a safe space to be seen, understood, and empowered to navigate their emotions and life challenges.
I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and faith-integrated counseling when desired. I help clients develop emotional regulation, resilience, insight, and self-trust while honoring their lived experiences and values.
I offer a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Whether facing grief, anxiety, or life transitions, I partner with you to find clarity, strength, and healing. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
