I honor your specific goals and address your unique unconscious conditioning through a psychodynamic lens, integrating a rich array of evidence-based approaches. These include polyvagal-informed trauma healing modalities (Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor, and EMDR), Gestalt, IFS, CBT/DBT, mindfulness, and humanistic therapy.
My practice is further enriched by my practice in Buddhism (Vipassana, Zen), yoga (RYT-500) and my Korean cultural background. As a psychology professor at California Institute of Integral Studies and formerly a global design-thinking leader at Google for 10+ years, I bring a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world acumen for high-achieving minds.
