Maybe you've always known that therapy would be helpful, but it never seemed that urgent, until now. Whatever it was that motivated you to seek help, an anxiety attack, that ongoing depression, a relationship issue, or old memories that still sting - you deserve a supportive and safe place to fully explore your experience. One of my passions is working with women and queer folks re-discovering themselves after difficult experiences. I also enjoy working with couples navigating relationship difficulties, and people processing religious trauma, among many other issues not listed here.

The work of creating the life you want is harder than it seems, and is made even harder by lingering past trauma. Together, we will use tools such as EMDR and parts work to gently process the experiences that are unresolved, to open up the possibility of trying something new. My hope is to give you a safe place to rebuild a loving relationship with yourself.
