About
I tend to view people as complex, and that our difficulties are intertwined with our relationships, culture, and lifestyle, past and present. I have experience working with adults of all ages and have advanced training working with older adults and those struggling with personality disorder diagnosis. Additionally, I work with athletes and professionals having difficulties with performance, doubt, and creativity. Ultimately, my efforts are aimed at cultivating a meaningful, trustworthy, and collaborative relationship meant to help individuals reflect on and understand where they have been, where they are, and where they want to go.
Using a contemporary psychodynamic and attachment-based approach, I tend to focus on underlying (often outside awareness) emotional and relational patterns that come up in therapy. Through developing a connected and honest relationship, I invite a reflective deconstruction process that leads to more intentional and values-based ways of being and relating.
I offer in-person & telehealth appointments. Currently prioritizing in-person referrals, and not accepting new referrals wanting to use insurance due to long waitlist. I offer an income-based sliding scale (gross yearly income x .0021 for estimate). Feel free to email and inquire for payment options and we can collaborate together on what works best.
