Sometimes we receive messages in life that make us feel different and isolated. Counseling can be a path to restoring connection to self and others. I love to support children, adolescents, and emerging adults with neurodivergence, disabilities, and those part of the LGBTQIA community. My aim with clients is to develop sustainable ways to foster emotional capacity through play and creativity. When in session, this can provide a centering activity where people can open up in a natural way, creating an avenue for genuine connection. I readily honor and incorporate the nuances of people’s cultural and spiritual perspectives.
