I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio, offering individual therapy for adults. My background includes work with the HIV/AIDS community and cancer patients. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to your unique needs.
My goal is to offer a safe, inclusive, and confidential space where you can explore your truth, build resilience, and move toward a more peaceful, empowered life.
