About
I am someone who genuinely cares for the people I work with, not just as clients, but as fellow human beings. I provide effective counseling in a safe and confidential space free of judgment. I specialize in working with Anxiety Disorders, Couples, Trauma, Grief, Sexual Addictions, and Spiritual Growth, but have extensive experience working with adults on a wide range of concerns.
I am a Cognitive-Behavioral therapist who has been practicing since 2009. I am trained in the use of Exposure Therapy for anxiety disorders, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I attended Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and am well-equipped to address any spiritual concerns.
I consider it a privilege to come alongside you, whatever your circumstances, and offer hope, encouragement, or accountability where needed. If you are struggling, let me encourage you to schedule an appointment today.
