My clients are individuals or couples who feel stuck in cycles of resistance, conflict, or self-judgment. They may be navigating major transitions, struggling with control, or longing for deeper connection in their relationships. Often they want to move beyond old patterns, release shame, and live more authentically. At the heart of their goals is a desire for wholeness—reclaiming agency, safety, and presence in both their inner and outer worlds.
I offer a person-centered, transformational space where nothing in you needs to be fixed. Drawing from Gestalt, IFS, and somatic awareness, I help individuals and couples slow down, meet themselves with compassion, and discover the wisdom within. My approach is experiential, non-pathologizing, and devoted to authentic change.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to seek help. Healing, to me, comes not from striving but from presence and acceptance. Together we’ll create a safe, compassionate space to meet whatever arises—grief, longing, or joy—and allow transformation to unfold.
