Affirmative therapy provides a safe environment for clients in the LGBTQ+ community to express and understand their unique emotional and mental health needs in a heteronormative culture. As part of the community, I approach everyone with an open mind understanding my experience may be similar but also unique from your own identity and sexual experience. Most of my therapy is provided via online video sessions. I have completed certification in telemental health to better assist my clients. Online therapy provides greater access to clients, offers greater flexibility, removes barriers to therapy, & decreases anxiety to seeking care.
