I offer counseling for motivated clients ready for change, especially folks experiencing shame, attachment insecurity, social anxiety, rumination, and grief, as well as all the challenges that come with queerness, transness, neurodivergence, and other forms of outsidership. Men seeking support are always welcome. I identify my practice as trauma-informed, and sex-, kink-, poly- and body-positive. Clients can expected to feel warmly supported, deeply accepted, and they should also expect to be challenged in certain areas, as I may point out where they are partially responsible for their relational difficulties.
Ideally, our work together will progress you or your relationship(s) from "surviving" to "thriving." "Survival" skillbuilding may address trauma reprocessing, interpersonal effectiveness skills, crisis management, or emotional regulation. "Thriving" work may touch upon shame erasure, relational patterns, or life presence. We'll meet you where you're at.
