Hello! If you are reading this, perhaps we will get to know one another. I have been a clinical therapist for over 10 years, but helping people for much longer than that. After working in foster care, I completed my college studies in psychology and social work. Helping in someone's healing journey is a privilege. Life can be really tough sometimes. Sometimes we have loads that we carry, beliefs and lessons we have learned along the way, some helpful and others not as much. I hope to help people of many multi-ethnic backgrounds, those who are open to healing, and recognize the importance of relationships, starting with self.
I offer to help people process and heal from trauma, English or Spanish. I can also help address day to day challenges, and the mental health issues that can affect us. I have a background in working with trauma, postpartum depression, anxiety/depression, grief, and faith-related issues.

I bring a trained listening ear, encourage self-compassion, mindful awareness, acceptance and growth, while recognizing that sometimes there are also systematic challenges that may be a challenge.
