My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental and includes understanding, empathy, warmth and compassion. I use eclectic integrated treatments which include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, self-compassion, and culturally sensitive techniques.I am inclusive, anti-racist, and an ally of the LGBTQ+ communities.
I create a safe non judgmental space for you to connect with your authentic self. I work with adults who are experiencing difficulty within their life transitions.
