Not accepting new clients
Yearning to feel understood? I believe that healing begins when we are validated and fully seen without judgment. I work with my clients to embrace their authentic selves and strive toward their full potential. Our work together may look like recognizing and challenging harmful internalized messages or thought patterns, accessing language to communicate needs better, exploring gender/sexuality, examining relationship dynamics that cause stress, getting anxiety and/or depression under control, treating trauma, differential diagnosis, or bringing clients in a couple closer to one another.
I offer a therapy experience that feels human, not clinical, and is grounded in compassion and hope. I particularly enjoy working with gender-diverse youth, introverts/highly sensitive people, and those needing to process trauma. I individualize my approach based on each client(s) past and present experiences as well as ideal outcomes.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, curious, and also direct. If you believe that I would be a good fit for you or someone you care about, please don't hesitate to reach out via email or by phone, I offer free 15 minute phone consultations. I look forward to hearing from you!
