I'm Javonni Henderson-Ingram, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who've experienced trauma and the lasting ways it can reshape life. This includes anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties. I also specialize in working with the challenges that come with ADHD.

Sessions are built around what you actually need. That might mean slowing down to notice what's happening in your body, building concrete skills for emotional regulation, or working through the deeper patterns underneath your symptoms. I pull from several evidence-based approaches, and I'll tell you plainly what I'm using and why.
