I'm Javonni Henderson-Ingram, LCSW, ADHD-CCSP. My therapeutic approach is rooted in an integrative and holistic practice. My areas of focus include ADHD, stress and anxiety management, and relationship conflict. My approach to therapy can be considered eclectic, integrating a strengths-based, trauma-informed, resource-rich, coaching, holistic, and humanistic approach. Most frequently, I utilize Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavior Therapy theories as a foundation in my practice.
I am intentional about creating a comfortable telehealth environment where my clients can feel like they are having a conversation with their clinical "bestie". Clients I've worked with say that I am easy to talk with, hold them accountable, and "get" them. It is my goal for my clients to leave each session feeling heard, seen, and empowered.
I have always been passionate about supporting people in achieving personal growth and developing the tools they need to overcome life’s challenges. My intake process includes conversations and clinical assessments that allow us to get to know each other, identify strengths, and together, decide the areas to focus on.
