I am a therapist who works with children, teens, and adults. Some of my favorite clients are
those dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and substance use. I also love supporting children going through a rough time, anyone searching for a place where their voice is heard, and people in the middle of multiple identities.
As a multiracial person, I understand the push and pull of life, and I bring that perspective into my practice. Together, we can take the time to break things down and better understand where you are, what your experiences come from, and how to use that understanding to create growth.
I really just want to create a space where ideas, thoughts, grievances, etc. are welcomed and encouraged. When these things pop up, what do we do? We will paint a picture (figuratively or literally) and problem solve. My role in this process is to simply provide the tools and skills for you to figure it out.
