My approach is primarily humanistic, but client centered. Because I believe in meeting people where they are, my approach can be eclectic - dependent on my client’s needs. I find the client to be the expert in their life as each person lives their own unique experiences. I am here to facilitate, encourage, support and gently challenge growth.
It is important to me that I foster a relationship with my clients that encourages them to be the most authentic versions of themselves.
