Finding the right therapist can be challenging! But feeling connected and safe is essential to the work you will do in therapy. It takes a lot of courage to open your life up to someone else, to be vulnerable and willing to work on yourself. I place a high priority on creating a safe space for clients to share, we get enough judgment elsewhere in life. I am passionate about helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, codependency, work stress and communication issues. If you are feeling burnout or stuck and ready for something different, I can help.
I strive to help women and men build confidence, learn how to manage stress, navigate relationships, build healthier coping skills and improve overall quality of life. We start by identifying what's working in your life and what isn’t. We then start to set goals and figure out step by step how to move toward those goals.
I take a person-centered approach, work collaboratively with each client and prioritize the therapeutic relationship. Every client is in need of something different, and as therapists we have to listen closely and use our experience, education and creative minds to figure out how best to support each client.
