When that is the case, it is even more important that you are afforded the time and space to process, heal, and regrow so that you can continue your vital work of making a home in the world. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up however you are, and be seen in the full context of your world. I believe that emotions aren’t problems to be solved; they’re messages, signposts, stories, and sometimes even protests from parts of you that need care.
Using Emotion Focused Therapy influenced by Gestalt, Liberation, and Feminist theory, I hope to offer you space to explore. Whether you are mapping uncomfortable relational patterns or you are wrestling with the ways that systems of marginalization exist within bodies and relationships, I look forward to creating a unique plan to meet your goals.
