I am a humorous, non-judgemental, trauma-informed, harm-reductionist, LGBTQIA+ affirming, gay cis-male therapist. I specialize in working with men and enjoy working with couples (monogamous, poly, or open) who want to improve their relationships. I am also passionate about helping people who want to change their relationship with substances but are unsure about total sobriety and/or the Twelve Steps do not resonate.
I consider the mind-body-spirit connection, am certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and am trained in Brainspotting. I studied spirituality & healing, grief & loss, forgiveness, and mindfulness at The University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing.
