Interpersonal group therapy is a powerful type of group counseling that helps promote positive change and personal development. This group meets for 90 mins on a weekly basis to provide a supportive setting where members can learn through interaction with the group. Common topics discussed are depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family issues or current concerns that members want to bring.
