I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Eagle, ID, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to empower my clients to make changes in their lives. Due to the interrelatedness of trauma and substance abuse. I also have experience working with adverse childhood experiences.
I take a holistic approach to supporting change. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but also integrate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as talk therapy. At my core, I am an Adlerian and subscribe to the methods of Alfred Adler's Individual Psychology.
My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen, validate, and empathize without judgment.
