As a Level II Certified Restoration Therapist, my approach focuses on identifying the patterns that keep you stuck — particularly those around emotional dysregulation and conflict — and equipping you with tools for healthier thinking, feeling, and relating.

I specialize in helping couples rediscover meaningful connection and improve communication, especially when conflict or emotional shutdowns have become the norm. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and are impacted by internal struggles that affect self-worth, relationships, and the ability to enjoy life.
