I’m a dedicated mental health professional and the founder of Infinite Wellness and Recovery, where I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to support healing and personal growth. I specialize in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Imago Therapy for couples, helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.
In the first session at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I take time to understand their concerns, history, and goals for therapy through open-ended questions and active listening.
We will discuss what brought them to therapy, explore past experiences that may be influencing their present challenges, and identify areas they want to work on. I also provide an overview of my therapeutic approach and how we can collaboratively create a plan tailored to their needs.
