Over the past seventeen years I have helped individuals with a variety of concerns. Sometimes we address stressful relationships with family members or with romantic partners. Other times it can be addressing personal concerns such as fear, shame, or doubts. I often find that identifying your personal strengths is productive to treating these issues.
