It is my mission to foster greater self awareness and self care, while improving individuals' ability to love their self and others, ultimately striving to live a fulfilled life. My goal is to empower my clients to break negative patterns of thinking, feeling and communicating, developing a heightened self awareness that will produce lifestyle change resulting in greater mental, physical and spiritual functioning within their lives.
I blend Existentialist, Attachment, and Gestalt theories to help clients understand anxiety is a lived condition that can be managed. Through exploration and discovery of self, clients will be able to improve their interactions with self and others, and hopefully discover their meaning and existence in life, thus improving mental health functioning.
