I have experience working with people from many different backgrounds who have faced depression, anxiety, abuse, grief, and trauma. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families. I have a special passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ communities, but I enjoy working with all individuals. My goal is to provide a warm, caring, accepting environment in which you can express yourself as you see fit. My goal is to help you feel empowered, to handle life's challenges, and to find joy in life.
I am a PLPC with experience working in the mental health field and am currently seeking my PhD. I offer a culturally competent, person-centered perspective. I want to help empower you by finding your strengths to overcome the issues you are facing.
