I specialize in the world of work and how it wrecks your inner world. Anxiety, anger, conflict, and low confidence don’t stay at the office — they follow you like a stalker. I help people who are stuck — in their heads, in their jobs, in their relationships — get unstuck. I turn the tables on difficult people, eat abusive bosses for breakfast, and go toe-to-toe with the limiting thoughts that keep you playing small. Also, this is how I talk.

I help people manage their emotions and behaviors so they can manage their lives and rise to their full height. I combine ACT, CBT, and EMDR to get results — and I’m one of the few therapists who is also a credentialed executive coach.
