I’m an LPC in both MS and SC with thirteen years of experience helping folks navigate depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief and existential concerns. I believe in the power of accountability, developing a tolerance and curiosity for pain, and questioning the core beliefs that keep us lost, bitter, angry or mired in self-doubt.
