He/Him/His
I am presently accepting new clients. I welcome a variety of clients including individuals, couples, and polyamorous relationships. I appreciate working with LGBTQ+ clients and any associated subcultures. I believe the process of counseling is a shared journey as we work towards creating and achieving your goals together. As a person-centered, solution-focused, and existential counselor, my goal is to assist you in becoming empowered on your journey towards improved well-being and personal growth.
Long-standing behavioral concerns, maladaptive patterns, and negative perceptions are addressed through a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. In recognizing the uniqueness of your needs, I offer a variety of counseling approaches including EMDR for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused, and other approaches.
All services are offered in a supportive, empowering, accepting, and non-judgmental atmosphere in order to work collaboratively in embracing the strengths, strategies, and tools you already possess for overcoming any of life's challenging situations.
