What I can share is that through my work with clients and my own personal journey in therapy, I have seen firsthand the transformative power that the therapeutic relationship offers.
I create a space that is safe, affirming and judgment-free, where you can deepen your understanding of what's been holding you back—and what might be possible. Together, we'll explore self-discovery, personal growth, and healing through compassion and curiosity.
My style is relational and down-to-earth. I bring empathy, warmth, and humor into the room, while also gently challenging patterns or beliefs that may be limiting your growth. Therapy with me is collaborative. By identifying both long- and short-term goals, we will we'll work toward empowering life changes.
My work is guided by the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt therapy, and Attachment theory. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I work with a wide range of people, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, those in the entertainment industry, and many others.
