About
Looking for relatable and down-to-earth? Someone to champion you in the midst of challenges and big adjustments? Who HASN'T experienced major upheaval during the last few years! My goal is to help you through life transitions, whether it's difficulties you face in college, growing through a relationship conflict or painful break-up, or grappling with who you are in the day-to-day grind. Making sense of how you got to where you are can bring clarity about how to get where you want to be.
Through engaging sessions we'll identify what you want most and lay the foundation for working on what you can control. We'll discuss strategies for improving what you do, how you feel, and the ways you communicate. As you progress, we'll explore new habits and lifestyle changes to solidify your growth and further your success.
I recognize the challenges that come with juggling multiple roles and responsibilities in our everyday lives. Together, we can help you rediscover balance in yours. To learn more about my background, visit the website for my bio. Otherwise, email me now to get started!
