What do you want and why? How could your experience of this present moment- right now- looking at this screen- be different? What would it feel like in your nervous system to know that you are deeply ok, loved, and accepted, just the way you are? My name is Jason (he/him). I was a full-time touring musician in Nashville for 10 years before exploring my second career calling, psychotherapy. And I love what I do. I am licensed as an A-LPC/MHSP, and I help individuals navigate a variety of challenges through kind, collaborative therapy. I use an eclectic variety of techniques, tailored to your specific mental health goals.
First and foremost, I welcome. This involves more than just active listening. It means genuine appreciation for the present moment, sitting across from you, a unique being, in a unique moment in time. That is the foundation- some of my tools are IFS, EMDR, music, CBT, and existential therapy.
