Life can be complex and uncertain. Everyday there are choices, decisions, and challenges even with the uncertainty. Sometimes we can feel ill-equipped, lost, disconnected, or over-burdened. Exploring our existential anxieties and fears in safe place allows us to build a greater awareness of our freedom, responsibility, and choices. The goal is not just to alleviate distress, but to embrace the uncertainties of life, live authentically, and find personal fulfillment. I want to help people confront their fears and live more purposefully, seeking an authentic existence despite the existential challenges they face.
I believe in an integrative approach to help clients in their process of healing with their anxieties, traumas, stressors, and all the difficulties that life brings. I work with clients, from different backgrounds and experiences, to find wholeness through integration—looking beyond the symptoms to focus on you and your search for wholeness and meaning.
