My name is Jason Owens, and I'm looking forward to working with you. As a career mental health professional and educator, I bring over 20 years of experience-allowing a unique perspective to walk with you along the path toward your mental health, wellness, and life goals. Let's connect. All clients are welcome. My experience in the educational mental health field has allowed me to work with a huge variety of clients over the past 20+ years. My specialty is LGBTQIA+ counseling with clients of all ages.
Therapeutically, I like to walk alongside my client toward reaching their mental health, wellness, and life goals. Typically, we will work within the scope of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy (WDEP): mediation and other wellness areas were explored as desired.
