Are you having couple or family conflict? I am a trained couple and family therapist who can help. I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing a wide variety of problems such as frequent fighting, sexual difficulties, parenting issues, and more. I work with and affirm clients of all backgrounds, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or faith (or lack thereof). I use evidence-based practices in my work to maximize the likelihood of an outcome that you can feel satisfied with. I will meet you where you are at without judgment and work at your pace.
I specialize in working with couples and families, though I also frequently see individuals. I use emotionally-focused and solution-focused approaches. I have published research and have presented at national conferences in areas such as dual-ethnicity identity formation and online video game addiction.
I have a fairly flexible schedule, seeing clients in the morning, afternoon, and evening, depending on the day. I don't work on weekends, however. If I cannot accommodate you, I am happy to make referrals.
