Life is heavy and there are so many questions unanswered. I am passionate about helping children, teenagers, and adults find that spark that gives them the energy, perspective, and the direction to find some answers and I do that through therapy. Learn how to build bridges of opportunity, craft collages of connection, create worlds in sand trays, and even learn how to deal with conflict with sword fights. With teens and adults, I seek to learn your interests and experiences and incorporate them into therapy so that abstract values can become more concrete and you can visualize and relate to them with concepts you already know.
I am passionate with helping parents find unique ways to connect and communicate with their children and by inspiring them to find the joy of being a parent. I have served in the mental health field for 18 years and worked with severe mental health in institutions, schools, and home-based therapy.
