Internal Family Systems insists that there are no bad parts of you-only good parts with bad jobs. Surprisingly, those parts that have harmful impacts are only trying to help us. When we find these parts and help them heal, our true self emerges-ready to lead us with courage, confidence and love. I can offer you reliable guidance in the IFS way of healing.
