If you haven't been taught how to manage doubt and insecurity, they creep and leave you anxious, resentful, and depressed. You want to express yourself and hold healthy boundaries in your relationships, but don't know how to. I will help teach you to accept yourself, hold boundaries and stop beating yourself up.
My approach is integrative and very collaborative, after all this is YOUR journey. My role is to support, accompany, teach, listen, and share. I am extremely client-centered. The relationship that we establish is meant to be one that helps you feel seen, heard, and understood. I use a wide array of approaches from Mindfulness to “parts work” and many others.
As a gay man and therapist, I actively and passionately support LGBTQIA+ clients as well as any other person who experiences marginalization.
